1:1 Nutrition

My aim as a nutritionist is to educate and empower. Food can be functional, it can be fuel, and it can be fun; understanding how it supports your body, goals, and performance is key to getting the most out of both your training and your life.

I’m passionate about helping runners and endurance athletes fuel their movement in a way that keeps them healthy, happy, and balanced.

With a First Class BSc in Human Biosciences from the University of Exeter and an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, my approach is always grounded in science and strengthened by personal experience and practical application.

I believe that evidence-based nutrition should be realistic, individualised, and sustainable, never restrictive or overwhelming.

I also have a special interest in Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs), the area I have been researching, and I’m committed to raising awareness and supporting athletes to fuel adequately for both performance and long-term health
